Even if sin takes you,
remember that you
were mine first
The picture is of a Demon and Angel in the moment of separation where God splits light and darkness and the unfaithful angels are cast into Hell.
I did not leave the demon naked, just for the sake of leaving him naked (but you know thats a plus xD), he's naked to show his lose of dignity as an angel. He's forsaken God and been stripped of glory.
About the hands: I wanted to have the 7 deadly sins grabbing at the demon, but I didn't know how to represent them all by hands alone. It ended up being something like the Horsemen of the Apocolypse..with War, Conquest, Famine, and Death grabbing at him. *smacks self* >_< I guess it ties in with sin and hell anyway.
The BG is very *kidchan-esque, because I admire her greatly and I really wanted to put SOMETHING in the background instead of leaving two characters sitting around like I usually do. I thought the Angel's wings would make it really one-sided.

... but again and again they prove to be more current then their age insists.
